Purposes and information

Sushiana processes information to provide this website, menu and visitor guidance, chat replies and usage limits. We do not require accounts, names or contact details.

Chat processes your question, part of the recent conversation, language and menu preferences such as budget and party size. AI recommendations process the necessary question and preferences through Cloudflare Workers AI. Basic replies also pass through the website server but do not call an AI model.

Cloudflare processes connection information such as IP addresses. For AI usage limits, the app stores a daily IP hash, usage date and count. We do not treat IP hashes as fully anonymous.

Retention and deletion

On-screen conversations stay in browser-tab memory and reset on refresh or closure. The app does not save questions or answers in its server database or application logs. During AI requests, it schedules deletion of usage records dated earlier than two days before the current UTC date. Cleanup may be delayed without further requests or if deletion fails. Platform logs and backups have separate policies.

Providers and overseas processing

We use Cloudflare, Inc. Pages, Workers, Workers AI and D1 for hosting, AI recommendations, security and usage management. Requests are transmitted over the network when using the service. Processing may occur outside Korea on Cloudflare’s global infrastructure. Actual processing countries and platform retention conditions require confirmation against the account settings and contracts; this notice does not assert a specific country or retention period.

External booking and delivery services apply their own privacy policies. Website fonts load from Google Fonts, which may receive connection information such as your IP address with font requests.

Your choices

Please do not enter names, phone numbers, addresses, payment details, health information or other personal information in chat. You can view menus and visitor information without chat and contact us by phone. If you do not want AI processing, use the website or call the restaurant instead.

Protection and your rights

We use HTTPS, request-size limits, restricted server access and minimize conversation storage. Contact the restaurant below for access, correction, deletion or restriction requests. We may be unable to locate conversation records because we do not retain them, and may verify your identity as needed to handle your request.
